Heritage Health Open Enrollment Information

Nebraska Medicaid Managed Care Organizations collectively go by Heritage Health. Open enrollment within Heritage Health happens during the same timeframe as the federal Marketplace (Nov. 1 – Dec. 15). Individuals can speak to a Choice Counselor at 1-888-255-2605, Monday-Friday, 7 am – 7 pm CT. Make sure you know these details as you prepare for OE7. See HERE for more information.
