CMS Announces Navigator Grants for 2020
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services announced the same level of funding for state Navigators this past week ($100M). They also extended the grant period from 1 year to 1-2 years to allow for easier planning and sustainability.

Any group that interested in becoming a CAC Designated Organization (CDO) can apply now.
The Associated Press: July 9 Appeal Arguments Set In ‘Obamacare’ Case
A court has scheduled a July 9 hearing on a Texas-based judge’s ruling that former President Barack Obama’s signature health care law is unconstitutional. The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans set the hearing date Tuesday. The law’s opponents want a 5th Circuit panel to uphold U.S. District Court Judge Reed O’Connor’s 2018 ruling striking down the law.

- Young Invincibles
Young Invincibles (YI) will continue to run the National Get Covered Coalition, which aggregates and shares resources related to open enrollment including policy updates, messaging, social media content, and more. The Coalition meets monthly on the third Wednesday of the month at 2pm ET.
