Remember, April 15th is the last day to file personal income taxes in the United States. Please direct consumers to these free* tax prep sites:

VITA / TCE 1-800-906-9887 Click Here The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free tax help to people who generally make $55,000 or less, persons with disabilities, the elderly and limited English-speaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns.
AARP online search only Click Here AARP Foundation Tax-Aide offers free, individualized tax preparation for low-to moderate-income taxpayers – especially those 50 and older – at more than 5,000 locations nationwide.
NE United Way 2-1-1 2-1-1 Click Here United Way’s free 2-1-1 referral services offers referrals to tax preparation assistance locations anywhere in NE or western IA. Just dial 2-1-1 or visit the website to get started.
