New York Times: Report: Trump Administration Needs to Step Up on ‘Obamacare’
A congressional watchdog said the Trump administration needs to step up its management of sign-up seasons for former President Barack Obama’s health care law after mixed results last year in the throes of a failed GOP effort to repeal it.
Omaha World Herald: Medicaid expansion gets enough signatures to appear on Nebraska ballot
A proposal to expand Medicaid to about 90,000 low-income Nebraskans will be on the November general election ballot, Nebraska Secretary of State John Gale announced Friday.

2019 CAC Training is Now Available
CMS released their 2019 CAC training via the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) Monday, July 9. All CDO organizations should start moving their CACs through the training so that they are certified to assister consumers beginning November 1, 2018.
The training can be accessed through the CMS Enterprise Portal.
You must have your new 2018 CAC ID number to begin your training!
Public Charge Information
Fear and confusion related to the forthcoming “public charge” rule from the Trump administration has caused many immigrant families to drop out of benefits for which they are eligible to receive. We’ve heard that many people are coming to your offices and sharing these fears.
